• Wide rice noodles
• TGM Smoked Bacon
• Eggs
• Minced garlic
• Diced carrots
• Green peas
• Chopped spring onions
• Chinese celery
• Shiitake mushrooms
• Preserved vegetables (Tung Chai)
• Sugar
• Ground pepper
• Cooking oil
• Oyster sauce
• Fish sauce
• Seasoning sauce ?? Instructions:
- 1Heat a pan with a bit of cooking oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 2Add TGM Smoked Bacon and stir until crispy and aromatic, then add the shiitake mushrooms.
- 3Crack in the eggs and stir until spread out, then add the wide rice noodles and stir everything together.
- 4Add diced carrots, green peas, and season with ground pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and seasoning sauce.
- 5Stir well, then add preserved vegetables, chopped spring onions, and Chinese celery. Stir for another few seconds until the vegetables are fragrant.
