Spicy Stir-fried Vermicelli with Bacon

Soft rice vermicelli meets aromatic TGM Smoked Bacon, stir-fried with chopped bird’s eye chili and jinda chili, brought together by the irresistible aroma of golden garlic.
Seasoned with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and spring onions — this dish is spicy, savory, and full of bold flavors.

  • 1White rice vermicelli
  • 2TGM Smoked Bacon
  • 3Chopped bird’s eye chili
  • 4Chopped jinda chili
  • 5Minced garlic
  • 6Sliced spring onions
  • 7Oyster sauce
  • 8Light soy sauce
  • 9Sugar

 Instructions
  1. 1Heat a pan until hot, then add the smoked bacon and fry until the fat renders out. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  2. 1Add chopped Jinda chili and bird’s eye chili. Stir-fry until the aroma comes through.
  3. 1Add the pre-soaked soft vermicelli and toss well with the bacon and chilies.
  4. 1Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a little sugar. Stir to combine.
  5. 1Add sliced spring onions, mix thoroughly, then plate and serve hot!
