2. Korean glass noodles – 1 cup (soaked until soft)
3. Seasoning sauce – 2 tablespoons
4. Granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon
5. Carrots – 100 g (sliced)
6. Onion – 50 g (sliced)
7. Spring onions – (cut into 1-inch pieces)
8. Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 1 tablespoon
9. Broth – 200 ml
10. Cooking oil – 1–2 tablespoons
11. Yellow bell pepper – 50 g (diced)
12. Red and green chili – to taste (sliced diagonally)
