Truffle Flavoured Cheese Sausage Cream Udon

Ingredient
Creamy and aromatic sauce with an irresistible hint of truffle! Chewy udon noodles are stir-fried in a rich cream sauce with truffle flavoured cheese sausages, then melted with two kinds of cheese. Sautéed diced onions in butter add extra richness. Topped with a soft-boiled egg and flying fish roe, this simple dish delivers an indulgent taste perfect for any meal when you crave pure satisfaction.

Ingredients +Udon noodles +Truffle flavoured cheese sausages +Flying fish roe (Tobiko) +Soft-boiled egg +Shiitake mushrooms +Diced onion  +Mayonnaise +Whipping cream +Fresh milk +Unsalted butter +Cheddar cheese +Parmesan cheese +Ground black pepper +Salt +Chopped parsley ? Instructions
  1. 1 Cook the udon noodles in boiling water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
     
  2. 2 Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and sauté the diced onion until fragrant and translucent.
     
  3. 3 Add the shiitake mushrooms and truffle flavoured cheese sausages. Stir-fry until everything is aromatic and well combined.
     
  4. 4 Pour in the fresh milk, whipping cream, and mayonnaise. Add the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
     
  5. 5 Add the udon noodles into the pan. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the creamy sauce.
     
  6. 6 Turn off the heat. Garnish with chopped parsley, flying fish roe (tobiko), and a soft-boiled egg.
     
  7. 7 Serve immediately and enjoy this irresistible creamy udon!
