This dry-cured sausage is made entirely from pork and features large chunks of meat with a distinctive reddish-orange color. It is uniquely flavored with paprika and whole white peppercorns. The sausage is encased in fibrous casings, then cured and aged.

Made from finely ground pork mixed with coarse ground pork and dried coriander, blended with TGM’s special blend of seasonings and spices from Germany, formed into sausages with natural casing (pork intestine), cooked through, this type of sausage is not smoked.
