Urgent Hiring

Retrieve daily sales data, coordinate with the sales team, and update inventory movements (inbound/outbound).

1. Verify incoming finished goods from the factory.
2. Pull itemized sales reports via the B-Plus program.
3. Monitor remaining stock balance to adjust production plans (decrease, hold, or increase).
4. Receive product reservation orders from the Order and Sales departments.
5. Prepare and issue production schedules.

1. Gender: Male or Female
2. Age: 20 to 30 years old
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.
4. Experience: 1 year or more in a related field.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Proficiency in Express, B-plus, or SAP software is an advantage.
7. Knowledge and skills in production planning and inventory/warehouse management will be specially considered.
8. Strong planning, initiative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
9. Experience in frozen or processed food industries is a strong plus.
